Umami City Noodles

INGREDIENTS

  1. Any type of noodles you like or have at home.
  2. An egg or two. How many are you?
  3. A stalk or two of Spring Onion, white part sliced in fine rings and green part in ticker rings.

STEPS

  1. Slice the Spring Onions and set aside, the white and green parts separated.
  2. Cook the noodles. If using fresh noodles just heat in boiling salted water for a moment. 
  3. Place cooked and drained noodles in a a bowl, spoon CP's Spiced Fish Pickles and mix well. For one serving of noodles, one tablespoon of CP will do (TIP: you can also add a splash of thin soy sauce and a drop or two of sesame oil to add even more layers of umami)
  4. Add Spring Onions whites and mix well into the noodles.
  5. In heated pan, fry the egg to your liking, then place on top of noodles.
  6. Drizzle some CP oil on egg.
  7. Sprinkle the Spring Onion green bits on the egg. 
  8. Enjoy!
