Charlie's Pickles is a spiced fish pickle made from dried, salted fish, high oleic sunflower oil, vinegar, garlic, ginger, chilli powder, cumin, and mustard seeds. All-natural. Gluten-free. No artificial additives. The flavour sits between Chinese crispy chili oil, Indonesian sambal, and Indian achar; salty-sweet-sour with mild heat. Versatile on a professional menu.
