Refund & Return Policy

Because our products are food items, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. This applies to perishable goods and to sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are fully entitled to a replacement or refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If something is wrong with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@charliespickles.com. Where possible, include your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any standard delivery costs you paid.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
