Charlie's Pickles is built on an original family recipe from the Kerala coast of India, carried through generations in Malaysia and made in small batches in Amsterdam. The base is salty-sweet-sour in a balance driven by vinegar and saltfish, with mild heat from chilli powder and a spice depth from cumin, garlic, and ginger.

Delicious on rice, eggs, noodles, toast, pasta, grilled fish, or meat. The question is not what you eat it with. The question is what you would not.
